NAHT Aspire TLIF is a one-year school development programme for primary schools based on the accredited NAHT Aspire partner schools programme. It aims to develop sustainable leadership, teaching and learning and team CPD across schools, with a central focus on accelerating pupil progress.
Institute of Physics
The Future Physics Leaders Programme provides professional development and support for specialist physic teachers, newly qualified teachers (NQTs) and non-specialist physics teachers. Teachers with a strong background in physics will have the opportunity to develop themselves as Future Physics Leaders whilst working towards Chartered Physicist (CPhys) status and non-specialist physics teachers will have the opportunity to develop their subject and pedagogical knowledge.
Ruth Miskin Training
Ruth Miskin Training is offering literacy CPD in the teaching and leadership of phonics and early reading. This programme aims to raise the knowledge, skills and confidence of teachers and teaching assistants and create a professional culture of practice and coaching.
STEM Learning Limited
The Aspire to STEM programme aims to improve leadership of STEM subjects and give schools the opportunity to grow their own leaders. The programme will also focus on subject knowledge and pedagogy to ensure that teaching is strengthened, engages, and motivates students. Schools will benefit from enhanced awareness of STEM careers.
Teacher Development Trust
The CPD Excellence Hubs Programme is delivered by school-based 'Expert Advisers' in priority areas across England, who will work with local schools to improve their CPD leadership, culture and processes.
Education Development Trust and the Chartered College of Teaching
Accelerate is a sustained CPD programme which provides expert support for Early Career Teachers, providing them with the tools to succeed: evidence-informed content delivered though engaging online and face-to-face learning, expert guidance through specialist instructional coaching, and peer-to-peer support through communities of practice. This will lead to improvements in teaching quality, retention, and pupil attainment across all phases in maintained schools. The programme also includes input for participants' school leaders and existing in-school mentors to increase in-school capacity for development and support. Ambition Institute (Formerly Institute of Teaching)
Transforming Teaching is a whole school programme for improving teaching, retention and career progression. On completion, Senior Leadership Teams in partner schools will have a deeper understanding of the developmental needs of their workforce, as well as how to create the culture and conditions for effective teacher development for all their staff.
Leading Together is a two-year school improvement and professional development programme providing bespoke support for a school’s entire Senior Leadership Team. The programme works to support a school’s own improvement journey by building leadership capacity across the team and beyond. It uses a range of methods including coaching, staff development, learning modules and specialist support to accelerate school improvement and build an environment where pupils and staff thrive. The Geographical Association and Association for Science Education
The Geographical Association and Association for Science Education continuous professional development programme aims to develop the critical use of evidence in geography and science classrooms, for both primary and secondary teachers. Specifically aiming to develop pedagogy that enables teachers to acquire knowledge in science and geography through critical use of evidence and argument that leads to improved engagement and attainment.
Tom Bennett Training
Tom Bennett Training offers two courses: one for teachers (Running a Room) and one for leaders of all levels (Running a School). These courses will raise the knowledge and skills of all staff, enabling them to design, build and maintain an optimal culture of positive behaviour. Training can also be delivered in schools to the whole teaching and leadership teams. The programme provides leaders and teachers with the knowledge, skills and tools to create an improved culture of behaviour.
